I’m Mike Taylor, owner of Pinpoint Dental Equipment Service based in Evans, Colorado (see map below). After many years working in a corporate environment providing tech support for printer and PC problems, I decided to start my own dental handpiece repair business. I started this business in 2011, and currently service many dental practices within the local region, as well as out of state.
I strive to give you quicker service, with shorter turnaround times than many of the larger dental supply companies, since our focus is only on handpiece repairs. Having the ability to respond quickly to your handpiece repair needs with minimal delays and downtime was a key factor toward making the decision to start this business.
I’ve found operating this business to be a refreshing change from the corporate world environment of having to go through ‘proper channels’ in order to get anything done. Since I’m the business owner, there’s no having to wait for management to make a decision. Whether it’s new service, or warranty repairs, I take pride in providing quick response to customer’s needs.
My time is focused on handpiece service only, so I won’t show up at your office with a huge briefcase stuffed with ad flyers in attempts to push the ‘specials of the week’ on your busy front office people.
Although my expertise is in handpiece repair, I can get other small equipment items repaired for you, usually at a lower cost then factory service.
Of course since handpiece repair is my business, and only upon you request, will I be happy to look for any used or new, good condition handpieces or other items you may need.
Once repairs have been completed on your handpieces, complete testing is conducted to ensure correct operation before they leave my shop. Pinpoint Dental Equipment Service backs all repair services for most highspeed and lowspeed handpieces and attachments for 180 days from the delivery date.
When you call Pinpoint Dental Repair Service, you’ll get me, the owner and repair technician. I’m available most any time, including outside of normal business hours, should you have questions. On those rare occasions where you would get my voice mail, please leave a message. Unless I’m in an area with poor cell phone reception where receipt of messages could be delayed, I’ll normally callback within the hour.
I offer free pickup and delivery of your handpieces within the Denver and northern Colorado areas. If you are outside the area, you can use my postage paid business return shipping label to ship your handpieces. You can download and print a shipping label from my website, or at your request, contact me and I will send you a pre-paid labeled shipping box for convenient returns of your handpieces to my repair shop.
